After your oder is placed please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship.
Our goal is to produce a 100% natural & free of synthetic chemicals. We don’t use synthetic stabilizers in any of our butters and whips with any other products. Because of this, our natural products which use glass and plastic jars are sensitive to temperature changes.
In warmer climates/temperatures, our products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks or even your mailboxes. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. You can probably compare this to companies who sell and ship chocolates during warmer climates/weather.
We can offer offer protective packaging for locations with warmer climates/weather, so most products do make their journey without the possibility of melting. Additional shipping costs may be incurred.
Returns
Due to the organic nature of the product, we can not accept any returns. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
